Here are a few important points regarding your reservation: Please note that all accommodation fees are payable immediately upon arrival and the full invoice for the invoice must be settled. No credits or refunds will be issued if guests check out earlier than planned, fail to arrive on the scheduled booking date (no-show), or cancel their reservation outside the agreed cancellation policy
- Once accommodation or rooms have been booked and full payment for the conference and rooms has been made, no refunds will be issued.
- Kindly confirm your booking after reviewing the quote/ invoice. If we do not receive 50 % deposit or full amount the rooms will remain available for others.
- Please state all preferences when asked for quotations or invoices clearly beforehand so that we can accommodate you accordingly.
- Additional Guests: If you book for one adult and a partner joins later, an additional fee of R650 per night will apply.
- If we receive a voucher and the Guest cancels for whatever reason may be, the voucher is still payable.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 1 month before check-in date: 50% of the total invoice is payable/ not refundable no credit. More than 2 weeks before the check-in date: 75% of the full invoice is payable and not refundable no credit. Less than 2 weeks before check-in 100% of the total invoice is payable and not refundable no credit.
For security:
Confirm our banking details via phone or WhatsApp before making any payment. Vaal De Vue will not be responsible for any payments made to incorrect accounts due to cybercrime.
